Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes for 15+ subsidiaries
- Lead financial reporting & compliance under GAAP/IFRS standards
- Develop & optimize corporate budgeting & forecasting models
- Manage treasury operations & risk mitigation strategies
- Spearhead SOX 404 compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Mentor 5-person finance department & drive process improvements
Qualifications
- CPA certification required (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in multi-entity consolidation & complex reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP & Power BI analytics
- Proven track record in SOX compliance & audit management
- Strong leadership background with team development experience
- Experience scaling finance operations during high-growth phases
