Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end/quarterly/year-end close processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives
- Manage internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Spearhead process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- CPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Demonstrated leadership managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Experience with multinational corporate financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
