Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial reporting systems
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Collaborate with executive team on financial decision-making and business strategy
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
