Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Manage financial reporting for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive financial management experience
- CPA certification required
- Expert proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Demonstrated experience with corporate financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Experience in a corporate environment with weekly pay structures
