Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end close processes with 100% accuracy
- Lead financial reporting to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement internal controls
- Direct accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow management
- Collaborate with audit teams and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior finance professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate accounting experience in Miami market
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven SOX compliance and internal control implementation
- Experience managing teams of 3+ professionals
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced corporate environments
