Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Lead financial reporting and compliance initiatives (SOX, GAAP)
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls framework
- Collaborate with executive team on budgeting and forecasting
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
- Manage treasury operations and cash flow optimization
- Lead cross-functional financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- 5+ years in controller or similar leadership role
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong background in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualization expertise
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Public accounting experience highly valued
