Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end closing processes for 15+ corporate entities
- Develop and implement financial controls ensuring SOX compliance
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Collaborate with C-suite on M&A valuation due diligence
- Manage a team of 5 financial analysts and specialists
- Drive process optimization using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years corporate accounting experience
- Proven financial controller role in multi-entity environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Financials and Oracle BI
- SOX 404 compliance and internal audit experience
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong leadership background managing cross-functional teams
