Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly closing processes and financial reporting for 15+ corporate accounts
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Streamline financial workflows using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and board members
- Supervise 5-person finance team with performance management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA required)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial analysis tools
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and audits
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives
