Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage month-end/year-end closing activities with accuracy
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Direct accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Drive process improvements through automation initiatives
- Present financial insights to stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with controller experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and multi-state compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Proven leadership managing finance teams of 5+
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Experience in scaling operations during growth phases
