Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial partners
- Mentor finance team members and optimize department workflows
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive financial management experience
- CPA certification required with active license
- Expert proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for executive reporting and team leadership
- Experience in weekly payroll processing systems preferred
