Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/year-end close processes
- Develop and implement financial systems and internal controls
- Analyze financial data to support executive decision-making
- Manage corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
- Lead financial reporting for regional operations
- Coordinate external audits and compliance activities
- Mentor finance team members on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA required)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in corporate controller role
- Expertise in GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
