Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial reporting and budget variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal financial controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide strategic insights
- Supervise accounting staff and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Excellent analytical and leadership abilities
- Proven track record in financial process optimization
