Responsibilities
- Manage corporate accounting operations including month-end closes and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Develop and implement internal controls for corporate compliance
- Analyze financial data and prepare executive dashboards
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff on corporate financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
- CPA certification or equivalent financial credentials
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting deadlines
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
