Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including month-end/year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor and develop the finance team through coaching and training
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience in corporate financial reporting and consolidation
- Immediate availability to start within 2 weeks
