Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and budget forecasting
- Lead financial audits and ensure SOX compliance for corporate clients
- Develop and implement strategic financial models for business expansion initiatives
- Manage relationships with banking partners and investment institutions
- Direct a team of 5+ financial analysts and accountants
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Optimize cash flow management and risk assessment protocols
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years corporate finance experience
- Proven leadership in controller roles for mid-to-large organizations
- Expertise in financial modeling, GAAP, and SEC reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and BI tools
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries highly valued
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
