Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations including GL reconciliation, month-end closing, and variance analysis
- Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements and executive dashboards
- Manage SOX compliance testing and internal control documentation
- Coordinate with international teams on cross-border financial transactions
- Drive process optimization for night-shift financial workflows
- Mentor junior finance professionals during overnight operations
Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification required with 5+ years corporate finance experience
- Proven expertise in Big Four or multinational corporate finance environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle Financials, and Microsoft Power BI
- Strong background in SOX 404 compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in high-pressure scenarios
- Previous night shift or 24/7 finance operations experience preferred
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting from accredited institution
