Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Develop internal controls and process improvement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll coordination
- Prepare executive dashboards and board presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate accounting leadership
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
