Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for corporate clients
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Develop and implement internal controls and compliance procedures
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance activities
- Mentor financial analysts and accounting staff
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital strategies
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive financial management experience
- CPA certification or equivalent international qualification
- Expert proficiency in financial software (NetSuite, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate tax regulations
- Experience managing remote finance teams
- Proven track record in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
