Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate financial control roles
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication
- Proven experience managing financial teams
- Knowledge of California corporate tax regulations
