Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with real-time reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for 15+ departments
- Direct treasury operations, risk management, and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic financial decisions and M&A activities
- Manage 8-person finance team with performance development programs
- Implement financial controls and optimize operational efficiency
- Present financial insights to board of directors and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA required)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with public reporting
- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience in corporate treasury and cash flow optimization
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI tools
- Excellent communication with ability to translate complex data
