Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Develop and implement corporate budgeting and forecasting systems
- Manage team of 5+ financial analysts and controllers
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
- Lead strategic financial planning for M&A activities
- Optimize cash flow and working capital management
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- CPA certification required
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ years in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems
- Experience with public company reporting (SOX 404)
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
