Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement corporate financial strategies to optimize profitability
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across all business units
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
- Direct treasury operations including cash flow management and risk mitigation
- Mentor finance team members through performance development programs
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in corporate controller roles
- CPA certification required
- Expert proficiency in financial reporting systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in SEC reporting and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
