Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting across all departments
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury operations
- Coordinate external audits and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
- Mentor finance team members and optimize departmental workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive financial management experience in corporate settings
- CPA certification or equivalent international qualification
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
