Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Manage corporate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial initiatives
- Mentor and develop financial accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years corporate accounting experience
- 5+ years in leadership/management role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SOX compliance and audits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
