- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll operations
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance
- Analyze financial data to support executive decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance requirements
- Mentor accounting staff and optimize department workflows
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate accounting experience with team leadership
- CPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Proven experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in manufacturing or corporate services industry
