Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles
- Manage treasury operations and cash flow forecasting for 15+ corporate clients
- Lead SOX compliance audits and internal control improvements
- Develop financial models for M&A transactions and strategic initiatives
- Mentor a team of 3 financial analysts
- Collaborate with executive team on budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 7+ years corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP reporting and financial statement analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Proven experience managing SOX compliance programs
- Strong leadership skills with direct team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
