Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for corporate systems, networks, and hardware during weekend shifts
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols following corporate policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions in the knowledge base
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and patch deployments during off-peak hours
- Monitor network security and respond to alerts in real-time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate IT support experience with weekend shift availability
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Azure/AWS
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (12-hour shifts)
