Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Create clear documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Support UAT testing and provide feedback to development teams
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Assist in maintaining and improving data quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
