Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Manage daily office operations, including mail sorting, package receiving, and maintaining a pristine reception area.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars for senior management, schedule meetings, and prepare necessary materials and room setups.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems, expense reports, and inventory logs for office supplies.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company-wide events and team-building activities.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance and services, ensuring high standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced use of CRM software is required.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished tone.
- Organization: Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting.
