- Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus.
