Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry and document processing with 99% accuracy.
- Manage and coordinate weekend scheduling for departmental resources.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly corporate reports and performance metrics.
- Resolve operational inquiries and provide exceptional support to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update CRM databases and filing systems.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in corporate operations, administrative support, or data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Sunday).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
