Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily corporate operations and facility management activities during weekend shifts to ensure business continuity.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to department heads, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating special corporate events, weekend projects, and team-building activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of financial transactions, personnel files, and operational logs.
- Facility Management: Conduct regular inspections of the office premises to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or corporate operations role.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or rotating weekends) as required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of CRM software is essential.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
