Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute critical corporate operations procedures during weekend shifts to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor and analyze operational data, generating weekly reports for the management team.
- Liaise between departments to resolve weekend-related inquiries and escalations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, logs, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the full-time staff to prepare for the upcoming week's objectives.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all weekend outputs to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate operations, administrative support, or business analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
