Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ cross-functional night shift teams across finance, IT, and customer service departments
- Implement and optimize operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Act as primary escalation point for critical overnight incidents requiring executive intervention
- Coordinate with global counterparts to ensure seamless 24/7 business continuity
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and develop targeted improvement plans
- Manage departmental budget allocation and resource allocation for night shift operations
- Lead strategic projects including system migrations and process re-engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate operations management with night shift leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Proven track record in crisis management and high-pressure decision-making
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Professional certification (PMP/Lean Six Sigma) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to coordinate across global time zones
