Responsibilities
- Oversee daily corporate operations during weekend shifts to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
- Manage and update internal databases and CRM systems with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational discrepancies and logistical challenges.
- Generate and analyze weekly performance reports to drive actionable insights.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new weekend staff members.
- Maintain a pristine office environment and manage inventory for weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate operations or administrative support.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
