Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and documentation systems
- Manage executive scheduling and calendar logistics for weekend operations
- Oversee document processing, data entry, and compliance protocols
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend client inquiries and escalations
- Prepare and distribute critical operational reports for Monday leadership review
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate vendor relationships and service delivery for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate operations or administrative coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise CRM systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with documentation standards
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
