Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily corporate operations and administrative workflows during weekend shifts.
- Manage incoming communications, including email correspondence and customer inquiries.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks and logistical challenges.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and supply management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate administration or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
