Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-week financial reconciliations and audit trail reviews
- Coordinate cross-departmental weekend project implementations
- Manage vendor relationships and weekend service escalations
- Generate executive-grade performance reports for Monday leadership reviews
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Serve as primary weekend liaison for international partners across APAC/EMEA
- Maintain 100% compliance with SOX and FINRA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance required
- 3+ years corporate operations experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms
- FINRA Series 63/65 certifications preferred
- Proven track record in SOX compliance documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in autonomous weekend environments
- Spanish language fluency highly valued
