Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations during weekend shifts.
- Process and verify corporate data, invoices, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Coordinate internal schedules and appointments for department heads.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and phone systems.
- Prepare and generate weekly operational reports and performance metrics.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure a tidy, professional workspace.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to troubleshoot operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate administration or office support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Experience in the New York City corporate sector is a plus.
