Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all night shift corporate operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to company protocols.
- Handle high-volume client communications and inquiries, resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
- Monitor data entry and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
- Collaborate with day shift management to ensure seamless handover of responsibilities and ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular audits of departmental processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for any on-site night personnel or visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate administration, customer service, or operations management.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift) and weekends as required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
