Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operational workflows and ensure seamless handoffs between shifts
- Monitor and respond to critical business communications and escalations during weekend hours
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to maintain operational continuity
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive weekend shift reports to leadership
- Implement and maintain quality control standards for weekend deliverables
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend operational inquiries and issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives specific to weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of corporate operations experience
- Proven ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Experience with corporate compliance and quality management systems
