- Lead weekend process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage critical vendor relationships and service level agreements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate operations experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in process optimization and operational efficiency
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
