Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional weekend operational sprints with 15+ department heads
- Implement real-time monitoring systems for KPIs and compliance metrics
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and critical incident resolution
- Generate executive-grade weekend performance reports for Monday leadership reviews
- Mentor junior staff on advanced corporate systems and operational excellence
- Optimize weekend workflows using Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years corporate operations experience with weekend shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power BI
- Proven crisis management experience in Fortune 500 environments
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Exceptional cross-departmental communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
