Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for mid-to-senior corporate positions across finance, tech, and operations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding using ATS platforms
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using structured methodologies
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years corporate recruitment experience with mid-size to large employers
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS implementation
- Strong knowledge of Indiana labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or CER preferred)
