Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify high-value leads within the Austin corporate market and expand into regional territories.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial discovery meetings to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to tailor our software solutions to specific client operational challenges.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met and drive product feedback.
- Manage a robust portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high retention rates and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-level executives and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the future direction of our corporate sales division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B consulting, or account management.
- Proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry events.
