Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end weekend financial operations for 500+ corporate accounts
- Manage 8-person weekend team with precision scheduling and performance metrics
- Execute high-volume ACH/wire transfers with 100% accuracy
- Implement weekend-specific fraud detection protocols
- Coordinate with weekday leadership for operational continuity
- Generate weekend performance analytics for executive review
- Lead quarterly weekend process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years corporate operations management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in regulated industries
- FINRA Series 7/63 certifications required
- Expertise in Oracle Financials and AML compliance
- Advanced data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Black Belt Six Sigma certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
