- Oversee weekend operational workflows, ensuring all corporate processes run efficiently
- Manage client communications and escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones for seamless handoffs
- Generate and analyze operational performance reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend productivity
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend facility management
- Train and mentor weekend support staff on SOPs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years corporate operations or weekend shift experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Active PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
