Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute weekend administrative workflows and data entry procedures.
- Coordinate with weekday management teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Monitor facility security, inventory levels, and facility maintenance schedules.
- Respond to and resolve corporate client inquiries and internal support tickets.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly operational reports.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
