- Manage weekend operations team of 8-10 professionals across finance, HR, and compliance departments
- Oversee daily reconciliation processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and weekend client engagements
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Act as primary decision-maker for time-sensitive corporate matters
- Prepare executive summaries for Monday leadership reviews
- Maintain strict adherence to SOX and FINRA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations Management
- 5+ years in corporate operations or financial services management
- Experience leading weekend/shift operations in regulated environments
- Strong proficiency in financial systems (Bloomberg, SAP, Oracle)
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or CFA preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Proven track record of optimizing operational workflows
