- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Collaborate with developers to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Manage Jira tickets and Agile sprint planning for cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
